The United States Government, as well as state and local governments, procures many health care-related goods and services. Those government procurements can be a significant source of revenue. Those procurements also introduce into contracting a myriad of laws, rules and regulations that are particular to the field of Government Contracts/Procurement.

  • Successful defense of four protests and three appeals that resulted in the award of a $1.1 billion state pharmacy benefit management services contract to the firm's client. Under the contract, the client will provide PBM services to over 200,000 state employees, retirees and their dependents. After a nine day hearing, the Maryland State Board of Contract Appeals issued a unanimous 94-page opinion in our client's favor
  • Obtaining a permanent injunction for health care provider against a competitor's $225 million contract for health care services.
