Silver Line Rapid Transit Bus Service: Take the Silver Line bus, route SL1 (Logan Airport – South Station via Waterfront), to South Station. Exit South Station via the main entrance (corner of Atlantic Avenue and Summer Street). Follow Summer Street and cross Atlantic Avenue and Purchase Street. Continue on Summer Street until you reach 99 Summer (3 blocks on the left).
Airport Station Subway Service: Take a Massport shuttle bus to the Airport Station stop on the Blue Line. Take the Blue Line to the State Street Station. Exit the station. Walk down State Street and turn right onto Devonshire Street. Follow Devonshire Street for approximately five blocks until it ends at Summer Street. 99 Summer is directly across the street.

The closest MBTA subway station stops are South Station (Red Line), Downtown Crossing (Orange Line) and Park Street (Green Line or Red Line).
