Epstein Becker Green's Washington, DC, office – one of the two founding offices of the firm – is the second largest of the firm's 10 offices. Befitting its location in our nation's capital, the DC office is home to substantial practices in Health Care and Life Sciences and Labor and Employment – two areas that reflect both private sector activity and legislative and regulatory changes. Along with the New York office, the DC office serves as headquarters for the firm's Health Care and Life Sciences practice, with more than half of the firm's health care and life sciences attorneys in residence. Additionally, our DC attorneys represent clients in the areas of Corporate Services and Employee Benefits and handle much of the firm's national Litigation work, including civil litigation, government civil litigation, and criminal fraud cases, as well as cases brought by qui tam relators.
