Minh Vu quoted on Impact of new ADA regulations on small-business owners

Minh Vu, a Member of the Firm in the Labor and Employment and Health Care and Life Sciences practices in the Washington, D.C. office, was quoted in an article in Fortune Small Business on proposed new federal regulations that extend the reach of the Americans With Disabilities Act.
Vu said that the new regulations would impose a new, complicated mass of rules on small business owners.
"We're about to get new regulations on top of an existing body of difficult regulations," said Vu, who is ADA counsel to the National Federation of Independent Business. "It's going to be very difficult for small-business owners to figure out what they're supposed to do."
Vu is co-chair of the Firm's Disability Law group.
