Attorney Scheherazade “Scher” Wasty concentrates on commercial litigation involving health care providers that span the health care delivery spectrum. She advises clients on a variety of matters related to federal and state antitrust issues and claims, and also represents them in complex commercial litigation matters encompassing business torts, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, collections, and unfair trade and competition claims.

Previously, Scher was a Law Clerk to the Honorable Jose L. Linares of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, who was subsequently appointed Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. During law school, she was a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Dennis M. Cavanaugh of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
