Ronald Green, Co-Founder of EBG and manager of the firm's Labor & Employment Law Practice, was interviewed for an article about the increase in complaints of female bosses making advances on male employees.

The article, which appeared on Microsoft Network's "Lifestyle" news homepage (Lifestyle.MSN.com) on June 10, 2008, and is titled, "Women Harassing Men," reports that complaints about women bosses preying on men have doubled since 1990.

Green said his big clients are now coming to him for help in defending their female executives against sexual-harassment claims. "Women are just behaving like those who came before them," he said.
