Frances M. Green, a Member of the Firm in the Labor and Employment practice in EBG's New York office, was quoted in a February 14, 2007, article in Employment Law 360 that accompanied a survey of law firms retained for federal Labor and Employment litigation in 2006.

Epstein Becker & Green captured eighth place among the nation's top 300 law firms based on the frequency of being retained for federal Labor and Employment litigation in 2006, according to the Employment Law 360 survey.

The article stated that EBG is distinctive among national law firms because more than half of the firm's entire general practice is devoted to labor and employment law.

Green added, "as a predominantly female law firm with the greatest ethnic diversity of any firm our size within the country, we benefit from a multicultural perspective to issue resolution."
