Epstein Becker Green Featured in “Percentage of Women Attaining Partnership Is Steadily Increasing, Report Finds”

Epstein Becker Green was featured in ABA Journal, in “Percentage of Women Attaining Partnership Is Steadily Increasing, Report Finds,” by Debra Cassens Weiss. The article reports on the Diversity and Flexibility Alliance’s “New Partner Report – 2016,” which was compiled from public announcements and other self-reported data from 134 of law firms around the country. 

Epstein Becker Green is specifically recognized in the article for being one of 32 firms at which “at least half of the lawyers promoted to partnership this year were women.”

The number of firms not promoting women has shrunk from prior years. There were 14 law firms that didn’t promote any women in 2015, 16 firms in 2014, 19 firms in 2013, and 13 firms in 2012.
