Epstein Becker Green (EBG) is pleased to announce that Nathaniel M. Glasser has joined as a Member of the Firm in the Employment, Labor, and Workforce Management practice. He will be based in the firm’s Washington, D.C., office.
Mr. Glasser comes to EBG from Proskauer, where he represented employers in virtually all areas of labor and employment relations. He has extensive litigation experience and has defended clients in employment litigation brought in federal and state court and arbitration tribunals involving claims of unlawful discrimination, harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, defamation, alleged violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act and state wage and hour laws, and whistleblowing. Mr. Glasser also represents clients facing charges before administrative agencies at the federal, state, and local levels. Additionally, he counsels employers through highly sensitive matters, such as terminations and reductions in force, management of personnel problems, and disciplinary actions, as well as leads, conducts, and advises on internal investigations related to employee complaints.

Besides having an active practice, Mr. Glasser devotes his time and talents to various not-for-profit organizations and causes on a pro bono basis. His work for not-for-profit organizations and as an advocate for children and victims of domestic abuse led him to receive The Legal Aid Society Award for Outstanding Pro Bono Service in 2006 and 2008 and to be named “Empire State Counsel” by the New York State Bar Association five times. He also was selected to the New York Metro Rising Stars list in the area of Employment & Labor in 2014.
