American Health Lawyers Association, Fifty State Survey of Certificate of Need and Licensure: Nursing Homes, Assisted Living, Home Health and Hospice (New York Chapter)

Robert Wanerman, Philip Gassel, and Kevin Ryan each contributed chapters for the The American Health Lawyers Association (AHLA) book titled, "Fifty State Survey of Certificate of Need and Licensure: Nursing Homes, Assisted Living, Home Health, and Hospice."

The book is a 50-state survey of licensure and certificate of need requirements for skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, home health, and hospice care. For the book, Wanerman and Gassel wrote chapters providing information on New Jersey and New York law, respectively. Kevin Ryan wrote a chapter on Illinois law.
