Allen Roberts Quoted in Article About WhistleblowingNew York Post March 20, 2011
Allen Roberts, a Member of the Firm in the Labor and Employment practice in the New York office, discussed corporate whistleblowing in "Telling Tales: See Wrongdoing on the Job? Here's What You Need to Know," by Brian Moore.
"Whistleblowing does not have to be an adversarial process," Roberts said. "In its best form, a whistleblower is somebody who comes to the boss and says, 'You and I care about the same things. I have seen something that you may not know about and if you knew what I knew, you would care, too, and you would want to fix it.'"
