Counseling the Corporate Client in Turbulent Times: Employment Law for the General Practitioner and Corporate Counselor
New York, NY
Because of so many changes occurring in employment law today, especially against the backdrop of our current economic challenges, the New York State Bar Association is offering a basic-to-intermediate level program that will cover the practical issues and problems arising in today's workplace on which corporate counsel, or a private practitioner with a general practice, may be called to handle on behalf of the company or the employee.
Peter M. Panken of Epstein Becker Green, along with Robert Kraus of Kraus & Zuchlewski LLP, will lead the session entitled "Drafting Employee Manuals." They will address whether you should have an employee manual and what belongs in it.
