Technological advances and increases in federal monitoring and oversight are both impacting the implementation and delivery of health care services. This program will focus on these emerging and ongoing issues, with presentations on wireless health regulations and Medicare Advantage requirements.

Kim Tyrrell-Knott will discuss recent trends in health technology regulation; including Food and Drug Administration (FDA) developments and regulations specific to mobile health information technologies.

Helaine Fingold will provide a practical review of the standard contract requirements that CMS requires Medicare Advantage plan sponsors to pass down to administrative / management contractors and other first tier and downstream contracted providers and entities.
