Peter M. Panken and Frank C. Morris, Jr., Members of the Firm, will speak at the ALI-CLE's Advanced Employment Law and Litigation 2016 program, which runs from March 17 to 18, 2016. Mr. Panken also serves as a Planning Chair.

This annual course is an advanced resource for employment practitioners in all practice settings, and it will feature presentations in expanding areas such as wage and hour laws, employee and employer classification, and retaliation and whistleblower claims. One of the most interesting aspects of this program is a morning jury demonstration where attendees get to view jury deliberations in a discrimination and retaliation case.

Mr. Panken presents:

  • Retaliation: The Most Ubiquitous Discrimination Cause of Action
  • Jury Demonstration
  • Counseling Employers

Mr. Morris presents:

  • Americans with Disabilities Act Update
