Alan Arville and Constance Wilkinson, Members of the Firm, will speak at IIR’s 2015 MDRP Summit, which runs from September 30 to October 2.

On September 30, at 9:45 a.m., they will co-present "Addressing Key Areas Covered Within the 340B 'Omnibus Guidance.'" They will discuss key provisions in HRSA’s proposed guidance, explain the ramifications of the proposed guidance on the spectrum of 340B stakeholders, and identify areas where greater clarity is needed.

Later that day, at 4:15 p.m., they will join a panel discussion, “340B Hot Topics,” providing an external counsel perspective. This panel will address key topics and discuss challenges faced by covered entities, contract pharmacies, and drug manufacturers in complying with the 340B program.
