CHRISTINA BURKE is an Associate in the Health Care and Life Sciences practice, in the Newark office of Epstein Becker Green. Her health care practice focuses on representing hospital systems, physician practices, and various other health care entities.

Ms. Burke:

  • Represents clients in transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and affiliations
  • Represents clients in contractual matters, including employment agreements, professional services agreements, lease agreements, medical director agreements, and administrative service arrangements
  • Advises clients on federal and state health care fraud and abuse laws, including the Stark Law and the Anti-Kickback Statute, the state corporate practice of medicine requirements, nonprofit and tax-exemption laws and regulations, and state licensure requirements
  • Manages all aspects of transactional regulatory health care due diligence

Prior to joining Epstein Becker Green, Ms. Burke was a health care attorney at a large regional law firm.
