ASSOCIATE: Wage & Hour Class Action Litigation Associate
The Los Angeles office Epstein Becker & Green seeks an attorney to work at the level of a fourth to seventh year associate to join its growing national management-side Employment, Labor and Workforce Management practice.)
This position requires four to seven years’ experience with wage-and-hour law including experience defending complex wage-and-hour litigation matters. The ideal candidate should have experience handling all aspects of wage and hour litigation, such as interviewing witnesses, reviewing electronically stored documents, drafting pleadings and various motions and briefs including but not limited to oppositions to class certification motions, conducting and defending depositions, interacting with clients and opposing counsel, and attending to certain court appearances. Candidates must possess strong academic credentials and have excellent oral and written communication skills. Admission to practice law in California is mandatory.
