"Hanna has a great deal of experience advising and guiding health care entities through complex government audits and investigations. "We are always looking for talented individuals like Hanna to join our New York office. Her experience as a health care litigator is timely as we are seeing an uptick in enforcement by various government agencies, thus creating a demand from clients for our services," said Peter Altieri, Managing Shareholder of the firm's New York office and a Member of the Firm in the Litigation and Labor and Employment practices.
Ms. Fox said, "By joining Epstein Becker Green, I look forward to expanding the services I offer my clients, given the depth of the firm's service offerings to the health care industry, including its extensive experience relating to payors, value-based purchasing and accountable care, and privacy and security issues, as well as its regulatory bench strength. Epstein Becker Green's attorneys have strong relationships with both state and federal government agencies and are seen as the ‘go-to' counsel for health care companies that may potentially face or are currently being investigated by the government. Epstein Becker Green's platform provides me an opportunity to continue to grow my practice."
