Washington, DC (March 3, 2017) – Epstein Becker Green (EBG) is pleased to announce that Law360 has selected three EBG attorneys to serve on its Editorial Advisory Boards for 2017. Amy K. Dow has been selected for a third consecutive year for the publication’s Life Sciences board, Melissa L. Jampol has been selected for the White Collar board, and Stuart M. Gerson will serve on the publication’s Health board.

Ms. Dow is a Member of the Firm in EBG’s Health Care & Life Sciences practice, in the firm's Chicago office. She primarily represents pharmaceutical, medical device, and biologics manufacturers in U.S. Food and Drug Administration regulatory, fraud and abuse, and transactional matters. Ms. Dow also provides health regulatory due diligence services to private equity firms and other investors in life sciences sector entities.

Ms. Jampol is a Member of the Firm in the Health Care & Life Sciences and Litigation practices, in EBG’s New York office. In her practice, Ms. Jampol, a former Assistant U.S. Attorney in New Jersey and Assistant District Attorney in Manhattan, represents health care organizations and their officers and directors, and handles a wide range of other white collar matters. In 2016, Ms. Jampol received the New Jersey Women in Law Enforcement Meritorious Achievement Award for her excellent advocacy and litigation skills and her dedication to justice.

Mr. Gerson is a Member of the Firm in the Litigation and Health Care & Life Sciences practices, in EBG's Washington, DC, and New York offices. He is also a former senior U.S. government official. Much of Mr. Gerson's practice has been centered on providing representation to clients in the health care industry. He has extensive experience litigating cases involving the cybersecurity of health care information, trade secrets, and other confidential data as well as civil and criminal fraud issues.
