EpsteinBeckerGreen has developed a Diversity and Professional Development Committee, which is chaired by the Firm's General Counsel and Past President of the New York State Bar Association, Kenneth G. Standard. Mr. Standard is also a member of the American Bar Association's Commission on Racial and Ethnic Diversity in the Profession. He continues to spearhead efforts in New York and nationally to improve the overall educational performance, law school attendance, and bar examination passage for minorities.

In addition to the Firm's efforts to promote diversity internally, EpsteinBeckerGreen has been a strong force in championing Diversity across the legal profession nationally and in local communities. EBG has actively supported bar association efforts to improve minority educational and bar examination outcomes to increase the number of minorities who complete law school and continue on to practice law.
