Epstein Becker Green has developed a Diversity and Professional Development Committee chaired by Member of the Firm Carrie Valiant. In addition to the firm's efforts to promote diversity internally, Epstein Becker Green has been a strong force in championing diversity across the legal profession nationally and in local communities. EBG has actively supported bar association efforts to improve minority educational and bar examination outcomes to increase the number of minorities who complete law school and continue on to practice law.
